About Jonas Danny

Having a background as a licensed Clinical Psychologist incorporates people and business side into my frame of thinking. While other people love to dig into others technical capabilities, I am more intrigued to uncover their values and their personal aspirations. It is always starts in casual conversation and eventually leading them into an insight of what they actually needs or should do in their life, especially in professional career. This kind of conversation, of course, are needed to define and hire the best talent in my company. My journey as a People Professional, so far, already inspire my colleagues and attract more professionals to engage in my network. It is also reflected in my team, who consider me as their mentor due to my reachable character. Mentoring is one of my habit that are considerably great in maintain and growing team. Being able to see something differently as a people-oriented person also makes almost everyone willing to seek for my advice.
