At Promin my primary job was providing our clients with the necessary data, expertise and assistance to develop their projects in an optimal fashion. I maintain the borehole databases for our clients and use those to create 3D models of the resource in different mining projects throughout Norway using the software Leapfrog Geo. Planning and executing fieldwork to gather samples in preparation for further exploration or to maintain high production standards is also part of my tasks. As a research Assistant at NTNU my job was the creation of geometric and numeric 3D models of 3 open pit mines in Norway. I had to analyze and evaluate the data provided and make decisions on how to handle it further. One of my tasks was to create spacial limited correlation between different data points and calculate expected values based on that. Further I assisted PhD candidates in their research by providing 3D models when needed.
