About Jonas Elmlund

My job at Netlight is a perfect match to what I imagine being a great place to work. I am surrounded by passionate, caring and professional individuals and the assignments I am engaged in are interesting, developing and fun! As a consultant, I get to work with leading clients within digitalization in various business areas and roles. Lately I have been extensively engaged in projects related to M&A (i.e. TDD-streams), Advisory and Enterprise Architecture-related assignments which makes use of all my previous experiences acquired during my career. At Netlight, I also engage in initiatives related to our quality and growth, which is currently embodied in Talent Management (mentoring, coaching, training), recruitment (interviews and planning) and working as a sounding board to the Helsinki office. I am a passionate outdoor enthusiast who constantly tries to find excuses to be outside running/cycling/swimming or just hiking in our wonderful nature. I also enjoy writing and have a few books on my conscience.
