Hi and welcome to my profile! I am an I/O Psychologist and Data Scientist with a well-established international career in Talent Management, People Analytics and Psychometrics. I work to support the growth and integration of human talent and data science to support organizations navigate the 4th industrial revolution. I combine my technical skill set with a passion for people to produce effective and agile talent solutions. Some of my key achievements include-Delivering strategic talent management and leadership development solutions across various industries-Designing and leading psychometric assessment programs in the context of talent identification and development- Co-developing one of the world’s first multi-modal neural networks to identify employee personality and talent profiles from video interviews and SJT responses- Developing a prize-winning talent analytics function within Dubai’s largest banking group using predictive psychometrics and talent analytics- Developing an NLP and ONA based culture pulse to as part of a larger People Analytics initiative- Speaking and lecturing at some the worlds most esteemed learning institutions including Cambridge University, Geneva Business School, Kings College and York St. John. I am committed to finding effective and sustainable solutions that create positive interdependence between people and technology. I am convinced that creating synergy between human talent and intelligent technologies is what can truly bring our workplaces into the future and create true transformation of work. Over the course of my career, I have participated in bringing home several awards.
