It has also given me a platform how to understand how different attributes need to be optimized and how to be tested- My 4 years in China has given me insight into how to work in totally new R&D, while working together with HQ in Sweden and other test facilities e.g. 3rd part labs and proving grounds - My 8 years abroad; in the United States, the Netherlands and China have given me knowledge of customer behavior and how customers use our products in different parts of the world, as well as a good network. Plus, perhaps the most important - The realization of the importance of having the customer in focus.
