Background

About Jonas Hiltrop

I am a Managing Director & Partner in the Zurich office of Boston Consulting Group, where I am a core member of BCG’s Industrial Goods and Automotive Practices, and part of BCG X, the company’s technology build and design unit. I am in the leadership team of BCG X’s Auto AI business and an expert in identifying, assessing, piloting, and scaling data- and AI-driven solutions across the entire automotive value chain. I have worked with OEMs and suppliers in Europe, Asia, and North America to leverage big data and advanced analytics to transform and optimize their sales and pricing, manufacturing and operations, ERP, supply chain, and procurement, among other topics. Prior to joining BCG, I worked on technology commercialization at the Fraunhofer Center for Sustainable Energy Systems and in economic and financial consulting at Cornerstone Research (both in Boston, MA).
