I'm a Mechanical Engineer with an MSc in Material Science and more than 25 years of experience leading quality, certification, and inspection efforts across a range of industrial sectors — including energy, nuclear, manufacturing, and offshore. Throughout my career, I’ve held roles such as Welding Engineer, NDT Level Lead Auditor, Project Manager, and Technical Director — giving me a strong foundation in both operations and compliance. I've worked within accredited certification bodies, managed complex projects in highly regulated environments, and supported organizations through change, growth, and technical challenge. Today, I serve as Technical Director and Deputy CEO at Nordic Inspekt Group, where I lead the group’s technical, quality, and systems development. My focus is less on technical details and more on shaping structure, building capable teams, and ensuring that both clients and colleagues have the right conditions to succeed. What drives me is building clarity in complexity — whether through systems, leadership, or collaboration — and helping organizations deliver safe, reliable, and compliant solutions in demanding industries.
