With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, I am a Senior PreSales Director at ServiceMax, the market leader in cloud-based field service management solutions. I lead a team of senior PreSales resources across Europe and Asia-Pacific, who have both functional and technical expertise in delivering proactive and predictive service delivery to our prospects and customers. My role involves deal reviews, deal assistance, team development, territory and strategy planning for all PreSales operations in EMEA and APAC. I also focus on C-level interactions and value-based product presentations, leveraging my skills in Service Management, architecture, CRM, business development, and process improvement. I am passionate about helping our clients achieve operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth by using IoT and connected devices together with other best practise solutions.
