Designer and freelance consultant. Hired for visual identity and redesigns of organisations as well as online and offline magazines. My clients appreciate my distinctive experience of editorial media. I also do design work on e-commerce and interaction design as well as illustration. During the past four years I have worked as freelance and before that at digital agencies for a decade. As a designer and in management roles. Always combining strategy with practical work, digital design and launch of redesign projects at a steady pace. Now, I continue as freelance to be able to spend more time on the things I love: design work and visual art. Before the agency decade I was art director of Tasteline.com, launched in as on of Sweden's first digital lifestyle site. We grew from 0 - 250 visitors per week with good content, smart presentation with a sense of daily timing and context. There, and during our collaboration with the media group Schibsted, I learned the digital media world. How to design and structure content-heavy web for large amounts of traffic, search engines and click. As digital designer, I have nearly 20 years of experience – from content architecture and user experience to CSS and the frontend code. From wireframes to perfect finish, image retouching and illustration. My work always includes good, readable typography, a sense of image and color psychology. Beside the design career I have experience in agency management (CEO for several years) and am a certified scrum master (agile project management) with experience in leading both creative and technical teams.
