About Jonas Neubauer

From harvesting trees at dizzying heights, into the deepest depths of polymer chemistry to leading a flexible foam production. My mission is to support the ones who lead the way into a sustainable future, with my knowledge, passion and curiosity for nature-based solutions. My professional career started right at the origin of sustainability: in the forest. As a trained arborist and tree climber I deeply care about a green economy, while at the same time I want to explore the stunning possibilities that chemistry has to offer. I am a data-driven and insightful engineer, rooted in wood chemistry with a focus on flexible foams. The most important objective for me is to become an integral member of the team I am part of, so that I can utilize my skills, expand my knowledge and foster and further develop the strengths of my employees. My goal is to help innovative materials, processes and technologies become applied and ready to market. Why? Because it is long overdue that we finally employ solutions that work with nature and for the good of humanity. Interested? Then pick me up for a (black) coffee, a conversation about the finance market or a road bike tour.
