Currently, I serve as an Aircraft Completions Supervisor at Gulfstream Aerospace, where I am part of the leadership team managing the Completions Paint Department. In this role, I oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of aircraft paint work. My responsibilities include scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes, all while meeting production goals and maintaining Gulfstream’s excellence in quality and safety. Previously, I served as Director of Maintenance & Director of Operations at Spring Air and Savannah Aviation, where I led maintenance operations for a Part 135 operator and a Part 141 flight school at Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. In these roles, I was responsible for fleet management, team leadership, and operational planning, ensuring the integrity of daily operations and maintaining regulatory compliance. I also served as the FAA Designated Employee Representative for the DOT Drug Program, supporting operational continuity. With expertise in flight school operations management, maintenance scheduling, employee engagement, and strategic planning, I bring a comprehensive skill set that includes quality control, process improvement, and problem-solving.
