I love good sounding rooms, theatres and opera houses as well as office spaces or museums. As a long-time musician I alsways followd my dream to work with skilled musicians, technicians and architects to bring out the best in performing and public spaces. I led the introduction of a new ERP system, which was crucial in streamlining operations and enhancing data-driven decision-making. This also involved the development of a comprehensive controlling and business intelligence (BI) system, bringing enhanced oversight and actionable insights into our financial and operational performance. In sum, my role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, enabling the company to adapt, grow, and thrive in an increasingly digital and competitive landscape.
