As the Director of Digital Transformation and a Member of the Executive Board with full power of attorney, I oversee key areas of business operations, including sales management, international networks, and business development. With a strong focus on operational leadership, I guide the company's growth and transformation across various levels. I am responsible for employee leadership, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment that drives performance and innovation. My expertise extends to strategic sales and business development in the theatre and event industry. I also have a strong network in architectural projects. I love good sounding rooms, theatres and opera houses as well as office spaces or museums. As a long-time musician I alsways followd my dream to work with skilled musicians, technicians and architects to bring out the best in performing and public spaces. I led the introduction of a new ERP system, which was crucial in streamlining operations and enhancing data-driven decision-making. This also involved the development of a comprehensive controlling and business intelligence (BI) system, bringing enhanced oversight and actionable insights into our financial and operational performance. In sum, my role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, enabling the company to adapt, grow, and thrive in an increasingly digital and competitive landscape.
