About Jonas Stemme

After joining Microsoft in Dublin in September 2016, I am currently Cloud Solution Architect for Business Applications, esp. Power Platform. Helping customers to realize their business value with low code tools, driving adoption and implementing use cases. Before my transition into business, I worked in Finance as Compliance Lead for Microsoft Germany and the Internal Audit team. I mitigated identified risks, collaborated closely with the local leadership team and executed various audit projects across Microsoft. This includes leading and coaching project teams, stakeholder management and presentation of results to leadership. Before joining Microsoft, I completed a 1-year full-time MBA program in Edinburgh. Here I collaborated with an international and diverse cohort and further developed my critical thinking and dealt with ambiguous situations and tasks. Previously, I worked for 4 years as external auditor at Deloitte, both in Luxembourg and Frankfurt, Germany. During my tenure at Deloitte in Luxembourg, I led small project teams auditing private equity funds and real estate holdings, and coached young professionals. When I’m not on the job, I enjoy time in the nearby mountains: climbing or hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter.
