About Jonas Terlien

Good day, For some time I have been working for an international company as an installation and service engineer. We install medical rehabilitation equipment such as the Caren High End, Grail and Ryzen.(see youtube for videos) This work takes place all over the world. With a small team of mostly 3 colleagues on location, we are abroad almost every other week. Traveling alone is of course not excluded and also happens on a regular basis. At my current company we are a small close group in the installation team of 4 colleagues in total. It is therefore important that you get along well with each other since you will spend a long time together. Installations and service jobs are very dynamic. As a result, a great deal of problem solving is required and out of the box thinking. This keeps the work challenging and interesting. The fact that you can experience something of the world is of course an extra bonus It is also very important to be good with customer contacts during installation. It will not be the first time that customers do not adhere to the agreement and still see everything to be ready in time if, for example, the power is not yet connected. For this you have to be polite, but still be able to clearly communicate with the customer. I recently joined our first Works Council in the company. This is challenging but satisfying work because you know that you are doing your best for all staff to continue working at a company with satisfaction. All in all, I will do my very best for the company, the customer and my colleagues- Willing to learn- Willing to work outside office hours and to do overtime- Stress resistant -collegiality
