An experienced advisor with 25 years in the Financial Service Industry. My past experience includes Commercial Banking, Personal Financial Advisor, Integrated Markets Leadership, Consultant to businesses owners, and more. In my current capacity as Manager Business Markets in the Fraser Valley, I have the privilege in leading a best-in-class business markets team to maximize RBC’s position in the market and bring the best of RBC to businesses and their owners. I coach my team to deliver an exceptional client experience leading to the retention, acquisition and growth of target Business client relationships. I focus on building high employee engagement through recruiting, talent management, professional development and ongoing coaching. I am a committed volunteer in the community: Coaching, Scouts Canada, Crossroads Hospice, BC Cancer, etc. I am a successful fundraising for many causes that are important to the community and my family: BC Cancer Foundation, Crossroads Hospice, Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation, SHARE Food Bank, United Way, and more. I am the proud Team Captain for the Tour de Cour - Team RBC, as well as many other Team RBC volunteer activities. I am proud to be a two time recipient of one of RBC's highest honours: RBC Convention Awards (2008 & 2014). Even more special was being recognized as an RBC Global Citizen (2020) for my commitment to community & philanthropy.
