About Jonathan Adler

With nearly 20 years of experience in government partnerships, policy, advocacy, and operations, Jonathan Adler is a trusted advisor and leader to both early-stage and growth-stage startups across a range of disciplines. He helps them navigate complex regulatory environments, design and execute effective communication strategies, build and scale multi-disciplinary teams, and forge strong partnerships with stakeholders across city, state, federal, and international levels. Jonathan currently serves as the VP of Government Partnerships at Wonderschool, the market leader in early childhood education technology. Previously, Jonathan advised the CEO of BusPatrol, the leader in automated stop arm enforcement, on policy, operations, and business development. Before that, he was the Sr. Director of Global Policy at Bird, where he led cross-functional teams to secure competitive city permits, craft and navigate complex regulatory environments of new and existing markets and build foundational processes for various functions across the enterprise. He brings deep knowledge and experience managing large, international teams and third-party vendors; tracking complex budgets; and reducing op-ex costs while increasing productivity both internally and externally. Jonathan holds an M.A. in Government and Global Security Studies from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from Syracuse University.
