Enterprise Application Developer programming. My main responsibility is the maintaining of code for student registration. This is done by ensuring that all applications that support registration; course availability, times, faculty placement, fee tables and student testing information, are functioning properly. This requires meeting with administration officials and end users to design applications for the tracking of student test scores and maintaining the data sets that relate courses to skill levels based on scoring and class completion. I have also designed programs for the office of provost to systematically track the non-assessment of fees. This insures that no over allocation occurs. In addition, I designed a macro to be used by Microsoft EXCEL to duplicate the registration process. In the instance that the mainframe where offline, users could register students on personal computers. I am also responsible for the running and maintenance of the program that reports via FTP to the Navy, students that complete their degree requirements and are on Navy scholarships as well as grade reporting. Addition systems created are web based screens for faculty to assign grades, print and download rosters in excel format.
