About Jonathan Allen

I’ll start with the fact that throughout my 21 years, I have had a multitude of failures in business and entrepreneurship endeavors. I DO NOT give up until I achieve the desired results. My perfectionism is a strength and a weakness. For the past 2 years I have been working on a business plan and researching facts/financials for owning a gym. I’m the near future that would be my goal. I do some personal training for free in my free time, and also love to read books about various subjects in business. When I’m not doing any of those activities, I’m either at school or I’m working on another project for ENCATUS. I stay busy and work well when I have a lot on my plate. I thrive on the stress of figuring out how to get everything done, because when I do get it all done, it’s an amazing feeling. I’m really down to earth and love the small things in life such as: fishing, my girlfriend, my friends, baseball games, jeeps, and sports cars. I know how to separate work from home life and believe when you leave work you should leave it at the door. I am very good at making new friends and talking to people of all walks of life. I’m not perfect and I don’t know everything, but what I don’t know I’m definitely willing to learn!
