I am also a founding member of the Division 4 Resource Page Workgroup which is responsible for the aid of faster, reliable, modern and innovative case processing for Technicians via the use of Microsoft Teams and OneNote. Experienced in various Technician and Team Lead roles within the Federal Government ranging from my time as a Legal Administrative Specialist, Mentor for Trainees and a Technical Instructor to Federal Details such as my time as an Assistant Module Manager. I have conducted various trainings for my employees regarding topics such as Medicare calculations, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), SSA-1099 Tax Forms, Disability Cessation and Microsoft Excel.At Social Security Administration our mission is to administer Social Security programs in an equitable, efficient, and caring manner, provide income security for diverse communities, improve the customer experience, address barriers to participation in programs and deliver quality Social Security services.
