About Jonathan Azzi

Jon is a Director at Accenture Song and the Client Group Lead for Accenture Song Canada's Health and Public Service Business. Prior to this, Jon was the Head of Strategy at TELUS Digital where he defined a customer experience vision for TELUS, established and initiated the execution of a holistic digital transformation agenda, and defined, stood up and scaled an AI and machine learning program, among other key strategic programs. Jon was previously a leader at Accenture Strategy, and had successfully delivered >25 projects, with a focus on Digital, Sales and Customer Service Strategy. Jon is also passionate about driving community impact and is an active advocate for inclusion and diversity. He has been a leader within employee resource groups, a pioneer for Diversity in Tech programs and was previously a CivicAction DiverseCity Fellow (2016-2017). Jon holds an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from Carleton University and a Master of Health Administration from the University of British Colombia.
