Performed interim role as GE Europe CEO Services Wind for 6 months (January to June-2021) Oversee Onshore Wind Services Operations organization with +10 GW & +25 countries across Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa to support company results from both an operational and financial perspective Led + 450 full-time employees across Latin America countries being responsible for the operation of wind turbines, Customer NPS & Transactional Sales. Led the integration of Wind Onshore Alstom Acquisition to GE in Latin America deploying plan set and establishing operating rhythm and KPI’s to achieve company’s growth and profit goals.
