I am an experienced project manager with a focus on commercial construction for a tribal government. I am involved in allocating direct and indirect funds to sustain tribal operations and supplementing projects with federal, state and foundation grant dollars. I take pride in being a part of key decisions and presenting information to stakeholders for common sense and contextual actions. My focus is on better accessing deficient properties and developing proper maintenance plans. I strongly believe in leveraging technology for project coordination, including RFI, scope clarification, and site issue coordination. As the construction industry evolves, I am keen on upskilling and getting more involved with Virtual Design Construction processes. Capturing knowledge from experienced tradespeople and transmitting it to future generations will be indispensable in managing existing infrastructure sustainably I blieve that BIM "digital twins" will a big part in that.
