Jonathan is an acquisitions/distribution executive as well as producer who has worked on films like THE DARE (".the best horror experience I’ve had this year."- Killer Horror Critic), HARPOON (One of Looper.com's Best Horror Films of 2019), SHIFTER (Best Oklahoma Feature - deadCenter Film Festival), MASS HYSTERIA (Best Director Feature nominee - Women in Horror Film Festival), BULLETS OF JUSTICE, BLOOD VESSEL, DIABLO ROJO PTY (Panama's first horror film), BLACK SITE, and more. He uses a lifetime of horror passion as well as industry experience of more than ten years as a film journalist and three years in acquisitions and distribution to identify and pursue interesting, exciting titles. By establishing personal relationships with the filmmakers and working to ensure their needs are recognized, he ensures that filmmakers feel comfortable and excited to trust their films in his hands. These movies generate conversations (e.g. Dread Central Presents' TERRIFIER is the subject of multiple YouTube high-performing videos from channels such as WatchMojo, FoundFlix, PinkStylist, SpookyRice), coverage (Entertainment Weekly, Bloody-Disgusting, Dread Central, Nerdist, Collider, Syfy), and, most importantly, sales, including deals with Shudder (SLAXX and more to be announced) and Netflix (THE GOLEM, TERRIFIER). Jonathan is also a great tastemaker, standing out at film festivals and markets as someone who is unafraid to start a conversation, to engage with strangers to create business relationships, and to grab the microphone for a fantastic karaoke rendition of Seal's "Kiss From a Rose". He is the proud pop of Dante, a Swedish Vallhund, and has been playing guitar for over 20 years.
