I have been working in print for over 25 years, all of which have been in digital environments and often complimented by conventional litho. This experience gives me a thorough understanding of the art and science of printing. My experience is rooted in leadership, production process mapping, workflow automation, CI culture, job planning, estimating, color theory, and project engineering (how to navigate from conception to delivery). Focus on quality, improvement, technology, analytics, and implementation are all key factors in my ability to support strong teams. My greatest responsibility is the leadership of others, cultivating people and projects to success in this ever changing and robust industry. I truly love what I do, even my wife jokes that I either have ink in my veins or 1s and 0s on my brain. I have had the privilege to collaborate with some of the best printing companies and brightest minds in the print world. I believe that supporting talented people, implementing change, and creating cultures of success are the foundations of growth and longevity. I am driven by challenge. I like to analyze, take things apart and put them back together again in a more streamlined and productive way. I relish the feeling of accomplishment when a particular problem is conquered or creative thinking is used to work towards solutions.
