My career has ranged from operational, financial, and strategy consulting engagements for manufacturing, technology, and retail clients to starting, and scaling, a successful business within the watersports industry. I bring expertise in financial statement analysis, system & internal control design, and financial & managerial reporting. I am skilled in current state mapping, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing system, process & strategy solutions. I have acted as CEO, CFO, and worn many hats in building my own business - From initial concept to financial modeling to securing investor capital through implementing scalable systems, recruiting & training a team, launching multiple product lines, and leading sales efforts to build a profitable, respected, well run business. I enjoy building relationships with my clients, working with them to drive meaningful, profitable change.
