My background is the credit card industry but I am more that willing to learn another industry. Very flexible when it comes to work schedule. I do have experience working with offshore partners and enjoy learning different customs/meeting people from around the world. Suggestions are welcomed. 30 plus years of both back office and call center experience with American Express. 3 year experience managing inbound fraud call center team while working at Barclaycard. Self motivated and highly organized leader who is passionate and thoroughly enjoys leading employees in the financial industry of Credit Card Operations, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, retention of employees, and financial P&L success. Prior to leaving American Express, I trained associates in Makati Philippines to handle inbound Merchant Disputes received by American Express. Trained Click to Chat associates in India via teleconference in the same process. In addition I led number of lead customer service representatives in the training of associates in India when American Express began to offshore back office functions. Responsible for ensuring all travel arrangements were correct and was their go to person while we were onsite in New Delhi, India.
