About Jonathan Bennett

I am an effective teacher, trainer, coordinator, coach, and facilitator toward others and able to do so in a timely fashion to accomplish the task at hand. I am also experienced in selecting and utilizing effective training and instructional strategies that are most appropriate for the situation, when learning or teaching new concepts. I excel at talking with others in ways that convey information effectively. I value my active listening skills when collaborating with others to come up with solutions that best meet everyone's wants and needs at a particular point in time. I have coordinated and guided others to meet the desired objectives or goals. I am able to do this by monitoring and assessing the performance and effectiveness of individuals and myself, while making improvements or taking corrective actions as needed. I am able to identify complex problems and review related information and use my problem solving skills to develop and evaluate options and ultimately implement the necessary solutions that have been agreed upon. I have excelled at balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities while keeping my composure and meeting deadlines. I frequently use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. I am able to discuss and weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate outcome beneficial for all parties involved. I have also learned and utilized effective communication skills necessary to help meet the needs of the audience. I have experience and have had success at bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences. I can coordinate and effectively collaborate with others when finding solutions for potential obstacles.
