As an accomplished Financial Leader, Trust Officer, and Project Manager, I offer a track record of achievement in cultivating cross-functional collaboration for the management of retirement/investment plans. Additionally, I support sales and business development opportunities, working to grow revenue generation by helping land and convert new clients. From a leadership perspective, I excel in training, mentoring, and managing team members to expand their capabilities, enhance sales results, and improve overall performance. Examples of my work include: Partner with 30 to 50 financial advisors to land new business and maintain an existing revenue pipeline of ~110 clients, representing nearly $5M revenue; drive growth by communicating new features and products related to 401(k) plans and delivering training to multiple team members regarding database management, pricing, and proposal development. Coordinated the completion of new business, internal and external mergers, plan to plan transfers, and related activity, facilitating growth to upwards of 75 plans valued in excess of $98M. Oversaw the completion of more than 300 individual tasks as part of the transaction process to move new 401(k) plans to the Wells Fargo platform. I earned my Bachelor’s in Business Administration at LaSalle University and offer expertise in Project Management, Plan Management, Program Management, Strategic Planning, Partnership Building, Customer Service, Client Relations, and Communications.
