I am very goal oriented with a people focus. I enjoy celebrating group wins and advanced team development. I have worked for fifteen years turning customer requirements into real tangible new products. I strive to develop customer focused products with an eye for empathic design through creative methods. I am technically minded when it comes to the details behind mechanical designs. I have eight years of Finite Element Analysis in stress and cyclical loading applications for metals, rigid and highly elastic polymers. I have worked directly with suppliers for steel, die cast, investment cast, injection molding and many others. I have lead and managed engineering projects as high as $30 million and launched new high volume production parts. I have a wide range of engineering and technical skills such as use of Computer Aided Design softwares, Design of Experiments and Computer Programming just to name a few.
