Jonathan Bracher is an accomplished engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in the offshore energy industry, including 18 years dedicated to offshore and subsea construction across operator and contractor levels. His expertise spans conventional offshore oil & gas developments, offshore green projects including renewables, wind farms, and carbon capture, and lifetime extension and decommissioning projects. With a strong track record in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, Jonathan has successfully delivered complex turnkey projects worldwide, ranging from green and brown field developments in shallow to ultra-deep waters to technical and commercial leadership in FEED, study, and tender phases. His skills encompass interface and package management, commercial and contractual negotiations, and vessel and equipment modifications, all essential for driving innovative offshore solutions. Currently focused on EPCI projects within offshore energy, Jonathan applies state-of-the-art technologies in marine installation activities. His commitment to professional excellence is reflected in his esteemed qualifications, including Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with the Engineering Council UK, Chartered Marine Engineer (CMarEng) and Fellow (FIMarEST) status with the Institute of Marine Science and Technology (IMarEST), and European Engineer (EUR ING) registration with Engineers Europe. He is also currently applying for Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) status with the Association for Project Management (APM), further strengthening his leadership in project delivery and governance.
