About Jonathan Brahim

I am a Neuroscience fanatic as I've always wanted to know why we do what we do! I'm currently a student at the University of Southern California studying Neuroscience at the Dornsife College of Letters and Sciences, and Dynamics in Workplace Communication at the Marshall School of Business. My love for Neuroscience drove me to work in one of USC's neuroscience research labs to study the effects of nicotine on appetite suppression and risk-taking. I am also in the U.S. Army where I work at a reserve unit and take part in USC's Army ROTC program. I love being around people, and through the Army, I am able to work with and lead people from all kinds of backgrounds and cultures. Through my experiences, I've picked up a few valuable skills-Proficient knowledge of computer hardware, and experience building computers -Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Sites, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Zoom, Canva, Wix -Excellent Leadership and Interpersonal Skills -Exemplary time management I have a resourceful approach to problem-solving, tackle challenges head-on, and consider obstacles as learning experiences. I aspire to use my skills and interests to conduct groundbreaking research in the neuroscience field.
