MBA Graduate from The Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. 14 years of leadership experience within the US Army specializing in leading international and multi-functional teams. Driven by service to the nation and to Soldiers through modernization efforts to increase capability gaps-After graduation from Auburn University, immediately completed Infantry Officer Training and US Army Ranger School - the premier leadership school in the Armed Forces of the United States-As a Platoon Leader in the 25th Infantry Division, led my 30 Soldier Platoon through preparation and deployment to Kunar, Afghanistan, one of the deadliest places in the world and of strategic importance to ISAF-While in Afghanistan in 2014, led an operations center, conducting 24 hour defensive operations, comprised of representatives from the US Army, US Air Force, and 4 NATO countries-Hand-selected to assume command of a low-performing 120 Soldier rifle company; transitioned it into the best company in the formation and deployed once again to Afghanistan in 2016-Experience leading multiple Integrated Products Teams within PEOs STRI and Soldier. Culminated in managing the Next Generation Squad Weapon Fire Control program with a portfolio valued at over $1 Billion across 2021-2031.
