I have experience in building, motivating, and leading a team in constructing 12k 7th generation drillship. I achieved 100% compliance with the new deepwater drillship, Apollo in 2015. I lead by example, skilled at capitalizing on individual skillsets to produce high performing teams. Generous in training and mentoring subordinates.
