In today's fast-paced world, achieving more with fewer resources is a constant goal for many of us. I believe the key to making this happen is through co-investment and co-innovation. Over my years of experience, I have brought people together to work towards a common goal, a notable example being the establishment and rapid growth of an international collaboration community, SIS-CC.In just three years, I transformed the community from a small, loosely coordinated group of organisations into a thriving network of members and partners spanning multiple continents, working together in a distributed development model. My passion and dedication to bringing people together to achieve shared visions and strategic objectives has been the driving force behind the community's success and helped it grow into what it is today.Through technological advancements in support of digital strategies, our community has been able to make a tangible difference in the world, empowering people with vital information to help them make better decisions. This has been the collective effort of many people, and I am proud to have been at the forefront of it.Spending time living and working in three different countries has made me a more adaptable person, able to form strong relationships quickly no matter where I am.
