About Jonathan Chretien

With a passion for new technologies, M. Chretien brings his expertise in the areas of project management, problem solving, automated equipment design, change management, Lean (TPS) principles and Six Sigma tools. As a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (#138670), M. Chretien is also a professionnal project manager (PMP no. 1869607) from the Project Management Institute. He has led dozens of projects in a wide range of topics including robotics, machine safety, the light alloy industry, the food industry, the manufacturing industry, governemental requirements, administratives processes optimisation, organisationnal changes and more. In many cases M. Chretien and his teams managed to get 25 to 75% in cost savings from initial budget forecasts. M. Chretien is also known for his hability to identify the needs behind the demands, his creativity and his ability to put structure and coherence in complex issues. For those sakes, M. Chretien is able to provide an extensive range of tools and techniques in order to meet expectations. All of this while taking care of the stakeholders’ sensitivity and the relationships with his team members. His main career goals are as follow: To lead and develop a multidisciplinary team working eather on Data Science, Machine Learning, Robotic Projects, Automated Equipment Projects or Manufacturing Technologies. All of this with respect, integrity, creativity and enthusiasm. Personnaly, I get a lot of satisfaction in seeing individuals and organisations pursuing a common goal, while using each others strenghts.
