Associate Director of IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity | IT Leader | Systems & Network Expert Experienced IT professional with a strong foundation in systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity—now serving as Associate Director of IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity. I lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee complex IT environments to ensure performance, resilience, and security at scale. My journey from front-line technician to technical leadership has given me a deep understanding of both day-to-day operations and high-level planning. I continue to stay hands-on with virtualization, Windows and Linux servers, firewalls, BGP/enterprise networking, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, identity management, and more. I manage a talented infrastructure team responsible for campus-wide IT services including data center operations, telecommunications, networking, access control, and cybersecurity initiatives. I bridge the gap between operational execution and strategic vision—ensuring technical solutions align with organizational goals. Previously, I led the deployment and support of wired/wireless networks, VOIP, analog systems, and RF cable infrastructure as a Network Specialist II. I’ve also spent a decade at Cable One progressing from Dispatcher to a Senior System Technician, building a strong service mindset and deep technical expertise.
