Background

About Jonathan Cobham

I am a PRINCE2® certified project manager with over two years of hands-on experience delivering impactful projects across the charity and youth development sectors. My portfolio includes managing large-scale events and a pan-London sports programme, overseeing teams of 30+ individuals, identifying talent, and supporting personal and professional growth through upskilling initiatives. As the Designated Safeguarding Lead for an organisation that engages with over young people, I take pride in fostering safe, inclusive, and empowering environments. I have a strong track record of building and nurturing sustainable relationships with community organisations, stakeholders, and young people, creating pathways to brighter futures. Recognised as a proven leader and innovator, I have successfully led multiple teams and departments, introducing fresh ideas that have opened new opportunities and attracted the interest of potential investors. My commitment to making a difference extends beyond my professional role; I also serve as a Trustee for the South London Renegades Youth American Football Team and am a certified Mental Health First Aider.
