Wells A graduate at the CUNY College of Staten Island with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Drama. A strong knowledge in customer service backed by experience. Was given rigorous customer service training by the New York Center for Interpersonal Development (NYCID). Spent the entire school year on paid internship readiness classes, which was Customer Service as mentioned before and Microsoft Word training to which was awarded an official certificate for the former. The reason why I wanted to be a Business Management major is because I like to solve problems, especially if it involves people. It actually reminds me of bee or ant colonies; it's astonishing to see them work together to accomplish a task and I want to be a part of it. My career goal is to become a professional HR Manager at a large corporation; hopefully I can go international. I get a kick out solving a complex issue; it's quite refreshing to see the smile of someone's face after you helped them with their problems. Even though my career goal is to be an HR Manager for a corporation, my main goal in life is to be versatile and adept at all the hobbies I'm passionate about, such as drawing, story writing, music, boxing, and film making. I personally believe that being skilled at multiple things could be the best thing anyone could ever do. It reflects your work ethic and most importantly your persona; it shows how much time you've dedicated to acquire that skill.
