About Jonathan Cole

I help government organisations and their implementing partners multipy their projects and programmes impact. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked closely with international development and stabilisation advisers in the UK, Nigeria, Syria, Yemen and elsewhere to design business processes and manage the development of Bespoke IT systems required to support government programmes. This includes delivering solutions for UK FCDO, UK MOD, US Department of State, GiZ, EU, World Bank and other international organisations. After years of developing complex, bespoke solutions for clients, I’ve spearheaded the evolution of MetricsLed’s SaaS Product offerings. These solutions leverage our extensive experience of best practice processes, operational excellence, and performance insights to make it easier and more cost effective for clients to harness the power of organisational data. As the Managing Director of MetricsLed, I lead a team of developers and engineers to ensure our solutions are delivering the value our clients need, on time and on budget. I also oversee the delivery of our software services according to Skotkonung’s ISO9001 quality standards and ISO27001 information management framework.
