In 2021, I joined BNY Mellon as a Global Distribution Senior Analyst. In my current role, I facilitate communication and cross-functional engagements between BNY Investments and the company’s broader bank enterprise. Additionally, I work closely with key account relationship managers to ensure delivery against account plans. I am most proud of contributing to a company-wide initiative to enhance customer relationships through improved stakeholder partnerships. I planned and drove communication efforts between the bank and Investment Management lines of business with a detailed, organized, growth-oriented, and relationship-focused approach, leading to significant improvements. Previously, I developed and successfully built a robust sales consulting business, providing creative solutions for challenging client requirements in the health and fitness industry. I applied strong entrepreneurial skills, revenue generation, and customer relationship management to sustain a rewarding business driven by word-of-mouth referrals. These skills and experiences have seamlessly transitioned into my financial services career. I hold Series 66 and Series 7 certifications, which helped fulfill my goal of securing a position in financial services. My achievements include creating two businesses, delivering advisory services, earning client trust, and building long-term relationships.
