I am currently working at as a Logistics coordinator / Account manager. So far i've really enjoyed the culture. Being able to work with the ERP system has created has been a great experience for me. My ambition is to be more data driven at work and focus on process improvement as a strength for me moving forward. Navigating the construction industry has honed my adaptability and problem solving. Each project presents unique challenges from material selection to delivery demands. I see these complexities as a great learning opportunity, creating a foundation for any operational environment I encounter. On a personal level, my aspirations center on mastering the art of driving operational excellence through process refinement and developing leadership qualities along the way. I believe in collaborative settings and using a team-centric approach to acheiving collective goals. Knowing I'm still in the development phase of my career, I embrace these opportunities with excitement to evolve. I'm eager to learn and become a versatile asset capable of tackling any obstacle.
