About Jonathan Dick

Health & human performance coach specialising in high performance nutrition. Knowing that performance is highly individualised and looks and feels very different to everyone, my goal is to help clients to understand what 'high performance' means for them. Through the medium of health & fitness, I help my clients tap in to their unrealised potential and build the skills required to achieve their goals - whether that be success in the sporting arena, the boardroom, or at home. Using a 'body & mind' approach has been key to success. Understanding that we are 'human first', with our own individual needs & wants, it is important to build awareness around a multitude of factors, including but not limited to- Lifestyle choices- Daily habits & behaviours- Mindset- Relationships with ourselves & others- Relationship with exercise & food. Through this process I help my clients uncover and leverage their strengths to build new habits & behaviours that will enhance and optimise the life they wish to lead.
