About Jonathan Digby
I have recently retired after 32 years in education and I have been lucky enough in my career to work in a variety of settings, teaching children from the age of three to eighteen, as well as having a secondment year at a University, teaching the next generation of teachers. I have been a senior leader in secondary schools since 2001 and became Principal in 2008 at Sir Harry Smith Community College in Whittlesey. In 2016 we created Aspire Learning Trust, where I was appointed CEO. After four great years with the Trust, I decided to take retirement but have been asked to support Eastern MAT this term. I am also a Trustee at KWEST Trust and Member of Aspire Learning Trust. I will be setting up my own educational consultancy company when I finish my role at EMAT.
