I have always wanted to help people. While I will never have the mathematical precision of a rocket scientist or the steady hand of a doctor or surgeon, I have found a great desire and passion in talent acquisition and management. That being said, my way of helping people allows me to make an impact in people's lives by assisting them with their career search and establishing a match for job titles and positions that aligns with their goals, skills, and personality. By doing this, I am a driver to find the greatest potential in others and place them in positions that set them up for future success. I am motivated by great outcomes and do my best to advocate for the individuals I work with. At the core, I am a lifelong learner, passable creative writer, master SimCity player, and overall history buff. Utilizing these skills, I have garnered a great understanding for the human condition and social environment which allows me to approach my role with great tactfulness, precision, and with high levels of emotional intelligence.
