About Jonathan Faloon

Jonathan is a competent senior leader with over 15 years of experience in safety and risk. This includes several roles and responsibilities being conducted from Canada’s remote landscapes to highly populated areas. Mr. Faloon has seasoned coaching and facilitation skills with a proven ability to work with executive leadership, mentor direct reports, engage other departments, and empower key stakeholders to address both safety and risk challenges. He is highly skilled in the development of health and safety system infrastructure, including documentation, project reports, training resources, and system tool development. Since joining WinSport in 2016 he has continued to assume more responsibility in leadership, in providing operational departments and their teams with reactive risk and safety support, as well as with proactive planning, training and facilitation based on industry standards, and Occupational Health and Safety Legislation. Mr. Faloon has filled several roles on major projects and initiatives, including being a subject matter expert. He has strong skills in liaising with company departments, clients, governments, and interest groups to develop, execute, and adapt strategies related to health, safety, and risk. Over the years he has worked in nine out of the ten provinces and all three territories for multiple industries including energy & resources, local municipalities, the recreation industry, and all branches of the government.
