About Jonathan Ferrara

I have enjoyed a 35 year career with market leading financial services organisations in the premier locations of London, Switzerland and the Channel Islands. In Jersey I have acted as a principal person for over 20 years, with Bank of America, UBS AG, Sanne and now with Vistra. During that time I held various senior leadership roles, most notably as Managing Director of Sanne in the Channel islands, Managing Director of the UBS Jersey Trust Company, Managing Director of UBS Wealth Management Jersey and Head of Operations EMEA for Bank of Americas' Private Bank. As a consequence of these roles I gained significant experience in strategy and leadership, and held Directorships in many regulated trading businesses, as well as a number of associated entities including private equity funds, employee benefits structures, pension funds, investment funds, real estate funds, treasury entities and real estate/holding companies. I have a strong governance background and a reputation for clear leadership. I am a qualified Chartered Accountant, a chartered member of CISI and a member of STEP and the IOD. I have also been advising organisations in areas ranging from acquisition/sale, strategy, systems, governance and business development.
