About Jonathan Fisher

After caring for thousands of patients and working with leaders across healthcare and other industries, I began noticing a pattern. Many capable, successful, and caring people were thriving in one part of life while struggling in another. Some were living with stress, burnout, or chronic disease. Others were succeeding professionally while feeling disconnected from their relationships, purpose, or inner lives. That observation led me to a question that continues to guide my work: How might a deeper understanding of the heart change the way we live, heal, connect, and lead? I am a cardiologist, physician executive, author, speaker, and mindfulness teacher. My work explores the science and wisdom of the heart and how its physical, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions shape health, leadership, and human flourishing. Over the past fifteen years, I have developed, implemented, and refined frameworks, programs, and learning experiences across healthcare and other organizations to help individuals, teams, and leaders cultivate sustainable performance, meaningful connection, resilience, and purpose.
