Over the last decade, I’ve led cross-functional, multi-location teams, including FTSE 100 insurers and multinational groups. Currently General Manager, UK & Europe at nib Group, I oversee strategy, operations, and governance across multiple regulated entities. Since stepping into the role, I’ve delivered material growth, expanded into new markets across the EU, and led the successful restructuring of our UK and Irish product portfolios. I’ve also steered the business through key regulatory transitions, including FCA authorisation, Consumer Duty and FCA structural reviews, while redesigning governance frameworks to streamline board-level oversight and strengthen resilience. Passionate about developing high-performing cultures, I’ve grown headcount, restructured around high-impact functions, and led the transformation from a low-engagement environment to a certified Great Place to Work - ranked 7th nationally in our category in 2025. I'm also a board member of several group entities and chair a finance committee at an industry body. A Chartered Accountant (Chartered Accountants Ireland), I hold a first-class Diploma in Corporate Governance and will shortly qualify as a Chartered Director. I bring a sharp focus on performance, risk, and people with deep experience in regulated environments and a strong belief in long-term, values-led leadership.
