My career story demonstrates the depth of skill and experience gained by maintaining an attitude of adaptability and continual growth in the face of new opportunity. Across the automotive industry, sales and account management in the online jobs sector, a common theme has been the ease with which I am able to engage with people, explore their concerns and broker solutions. These strong engagement skills combined with technical expertise have strengthened my ability to transition across industries with confidence. In my current role I’ve received numerous awards and recognition for my sales ability, and utilise my strengths of approachability, curiosity, problem solving and the desire to achieve great outcomes. I have been energised by the challenge to build a portfolio in the K–12 school sectors from the ground up and am proud of my achievements and the relationships made. Understanding the importance of trust and partnership I have successfully enabled schools to update their advertising to a digital platform and as a result I now manage the accounts of most of Australia’s top schools. I am regarded by them as a trusted source who is committed to optimising their spend and maximising the resources of online advertising with SEEK. I am proficient in key technologies such as Salesforce, Adobe and Office, using them as part of my day-to-day.
